Providing premium hospitality and a family atmosphere, we have welcomed over 6000 two and four-legged friends into our Distillery District location. Offering an energizing playcare facility, a full salon & spa as well as an extensive retail space, the original location on Parliament Street created the mold for the business and brand to come. From celebrating birthdays to hosting live web cams so you’re continually connected to pup, the service standard was set.

In 2015, UrbanDog was thrilled to add the Park9 Resort to our roster, located minutes from Pearson Airport’s Terminal One. The expansion allowed us to host overnight boarding for both dogs and cats at an expansive new location. as the brand evolution continued, we were delighted to announce a new playcare facility on King West in Toronto during summer 2016; Park9 Liberty Village!

Another change that our company experienced in 2016 was the renaming of our business. While we know it takes a village, we wanted to ensure that all of our clients knew that the same team and leadership that has been in place since day one were the ones overseeing the care of your dogs throughout the three locations.
