Charlotte Stevens began Hairy Monsters in 1997 in a specially designed studio in her own home inToronto's west-end. She has groomed in some of Toronto’s best-known salons and veterinary clinics, where she learned that patience and kindness are always the best approach. That’s why she takes the time to get to know each animal, so they can feel secure - which is especially important with older or more nervous monsters.
