The Menagerie is a full line pet shop stocking a wide variety of pet supplies, raw, organic and holistic pet foods, tropical fish, goldfish, aquatic plants, reptiles, amphibians, smaller birds and small mammals. We also have a do-it-yourself dog wash. The Menagerie also offers free delivery with a $20 minimum purchase throughout a wide area of the city

The Menagerie has been a fixture on Parliament Street for well over five decades. It has evolved from its early days as a local Cabbagetown pet shop into a destination for many from throughout the city and beyond. The Menagerie is a full line pet shop stocking both animals and supplies. We have a small fish section that is freshwater only and is well stocked with a wide variety of fish and a very extensive line of supplies. The Menagerie has always been known to have a good selection of unique reptiles and this continues today. The majority of our reptiles and amphibians are captive bred, with some even being born in the store! We also have a great selection of bird and small animal supplies including bulk foods, cages, bedding. Our bird department has always been a favourite stop along Parliament Street to visit the long time resident parrots or to see the selection of small birds.

The Menagerie has become a favourite store for dog & cat owners looking for healthy choices for their pets. We stock a wide variety of natural source and holistic pet foods including frozen raw diets and many Canadian made organic and healthy pet foods. We also stock a great selection of supplies for every dog or cat. One of the most favoured parts of the dog & cat departments is the do-it-yourself dog wash. Customers can bring in their pet and use our huge tub with supplied towels and shampoo. We also offer free delivery with a minimum purchase. We do not sell dogs or cats and encourage those interested to seek out rescues, shelters or to consider a reputable breeder.
